Refund policy
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the factory heat-seal intact, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on fertilizer bags that have been opened or exposed to moisture. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically:

Open bags of fertilizer or soil amendments (due to contamination risks).

Custom or bulk special orders.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Plantadote Organics provides high-quality soil amendments and fertilizers. However, gardening and agriculture involve variables beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, watering habits, and pest pressure.

No Yield Guarantees: While our products are designed to improve plant health, we do not guarantee specific crop yields or plant growth rates.

Limitation of Liability: Plantadote Organics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to crop failure or soil issues.

Pet & Human Safety: While our products are organic and generally safe, they should not be ingested. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 4 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
