Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, expedited shipping options (2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional calculated fee.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Note: Because our products are heavy (20lb+), we primarily use UPS/FedEx Ground which requires a physical street address. Please avoid using P.O. Boxes for fertilizer orders to ensure successful delivery.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States due to agricultural regulations regarding soil amendments and biologicals.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at plantidoteorganics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
